Beverly Hills

The ultimate in luxury, dream homes designed to fit every need and desire

Top of the Line

No matter where you are in the world, when someone hears the words “Beverly Hills,” they know that means the absolute top of the line in luxury dream homes—with a well-earned reputation for stunning, multi-million dollar mansions in every corner.

Large estates offer panoramic views of Los Angeles, with attention paid to privacy and seclusion. A wide variety of design choices are available within the neighborhood, ranging from classical to modern and everything in between.

Most residences fall in the “flats” of Beverly Hills, including all of the neighborhood south of Sunset Boulevard and north of Santa Monica Boulevard. Houses that are located in the hills north of Sunset tend to have the highest values.

Location, Location, Location

The City of Beverly Hills is located within 5.7 square miles, home to 35,000 residents and host to millions of visitors each year from around the globe. Big draws are its lush landscaping, and top-rated dining, entertainment, shopping and cultural experiences.

The neighborhood rounds out the Los Angeles Platinum Triangle, alongside Bel Air and Holmby Hills, extending from Sunset Boulevard to the north, Doheny Boulevard to the east, Holmby Hills and Santa Monica Boulevard to the south, and Whittier on the west.

Trousdale Estates, a 400-plus-acre neighborhood of large, luxurious homes with an average sale price of over $10 million, falls within Beverly Hills.

Life in the 90210

Even one of the five zip codes that encompasses Beverly Hills—90210—has a reputation of its own, including high-end shopping and dining along Rodeo Drive, described as an “unparalleled hub at the intersection of luxury, fashion and entertainment,” with more than 100 of the world’s leading international brands.

The area is also home to The Beverly Hills Hotel, Greystone Mansion, Beverly Gardens Park, Beverly Hilton Hotel and more.

Home for Hollywood

Beverly Hills sports a long list of celebrities with ties to the area, including Lucille Ball, Mia Farrow, Harry Styles, Jennifer Lawrence and many others. That is in addition to countless references throughout pop culture, nodding to the historic wealth of the area.

The neighborhood is also a conveniently short drive to many other area destinations, like Hollywood, making it the perfect location for those in the industry to call home.

A Big Deal

Similar to Bel Air / Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills has some of the largest houses in the Los Angeles area, including “The Pritzker Estate,” with 49,300 square feet of living space on just over three acres of land, as well as Greystone Mansion, at 46,054 square feet, and “Le Palais” at 44,925 square feet.
