439 N Canon Dr,A little planning can go a long way—and this rings particularly true when it comes to managing generational wealth and preventing problems that can arise by putting it off.
When it comes to some of the most stressful situations people will face in their lifetime, whether it’s the death of a loved one, divorce, excessive debt, retirement planning or relocation, Richard Lombari has decades of experience, both personal and professional, that have left him with a wealth of knowledge to help clients navigate through whatever they may be facing.
“I help ease people’s pain when they are in some of the most painful periods of their lives,” Richard shares. “I help save relationships. I help build, preserve and transfer generational wealth. I help ease anxiety through difficult transitions in life.”
While Richard has many areas of practice in his field, he focuses on where he can be a difference maker, as, in his experience, very few people are trained and skilled at handling these specialized, high-intensity and often very complicated situations.
He specializes in guiding clients to find solutions for: death (including inheritance, probate and trusts), corporate relocation, pre-foreclosure, lifestyle transitions, complex transactions, new construction and divorce (valuations and dispositions).
Richard also provides strategic planning for generational wealth transfer, tax avoidance/mitigation, investment cash flow, and asset acquisitions and disposition. Lack of action can lead to growing fear and uncertainty, deteriorating relationships, and missed opportunities—all of which can be avoided by planning today.
“Feel the freedom of moving forward,” Richard says. “Live the lifestyle you dream of, grow a legacy to leave behind.”
Richard personally has overcome the death of parents, dealing with both the emotional and physical clutter left behind. He has also faced nearly soul crushing debt, the emotional and financial trauma of divorce, and relocating multiple times, across the United States as well as internationally.
“I believe what I do isn’t a job. It’s a calling,” Richard says. “People need compassion, patience and expertise when they are going through massive loss or uncertain change.”
Richard has spent more than three decades honing his skills by participating in thousands of transactions. He is constantly taking classes, as well as networking with legal, financial and high-level professionals.
He operates on four pillars, based on his upbringing and military experience: unquestionable integrity, extreme confidentiality, professional competency and superlative service. He has been recognized in the Wall Street Journal’s feature article, “Raising the Bar for Creature Comforts,” and has co-authored the top-selling real estate book, “Luxury Home Selling Mastery.”
When not working, Richard is a doting father and grandfather, scuba diver, cyclist and traveler, and enjoys fine dining with friends and family.
He believes that people going through these pain points truly need and deserve a specialist. To learn more, schedule a discovery meeting, evaluate options, create a customized strategic plan—and execute the plan, together.
